We are Barmentloo Vastgoed: an entrepreneurial real estate developer and investor with a strong passion for acquiring, developing and transforming real estate. We create sustainable, high-quality living, working and recreational environments where people enjoy living, doing business and relaxing.

Thanks to our broad experience in new construction, renovation and transformation — and our established network of architects, contractors, financiers, brokers and other partners — we are able to acquire and execute projects quickly, responsibly and successfully.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to add value to the built environment.
We do this by developing future-proof residential, commercial and recreational projects in strategically located areas. These include housing, offices, hotels, commercial plinths, flexible workspaces, industrial buildings and recreational concepts such as holiday parks, short-stay accommodations and leisure facilities.

We focus on real estate and locations where we can create value — through operational optimization, renovation or new development.

Collaboration & Execution

With our strong network, we can act quickly and acquire and execute projects on a risk-bearing basis. We work sustainably, innovatively and with a clear long-term perspective. After completion, our projects are either sold or held for the long term within our network of investors.
